Được biết công ty Daewon Cantavil thuộc tập đoàn Daewon của Hàn Quốc, cho tới thời điểm này công ty có tất cả mấy dự án xây dựng trên thế giới và ở Việt Nam?

Ông Chun Young Woo – Chủ Tịch HĐQT Công ty Daewon cho biết, Cho đến thời điểm này sau khi khởi công dự án khu đô thị mới quốc tế Đa Phước thì đây là dự án đầu tư lớn thứ hai của Công Ty trên thế giới và là dự án thứ 5 của Daewon tại Việt Nam.

Dự án xây dựng Khu Đô Thị lấn biển đầu tiên của của Công Ty TNHH Daewon Cantavil được khởi công xây dựng tại Đà Nẵng,tôi rất muốn biết trong thời gian bao lâu thì hoàn thành dự án đó?

Với dự án này, Công Ty TNHH Daewon Cantavil đầu tư 250 triệu USD, trong đó 50 triệu USD là thiết bị và nguyên vật liệu. Theo kế hoạch, việc xây dựng hạ tầng sẽ hoàn tất trong 15 tháng, đưa vào sử dụng các hạng mục chính kể cả sân golf từ 24 đến 36 tháng và hoàn tất việc đầu tư trong vòng 10 để xây dựng.

4. As that time comes, what would be the next step of Daewon in Vietnam?

As most of our on-going projects are long-term investment like Newtown and high-rise apartment and have a plan to have more projects in the near future, Daewon will contribute continuously to upgrade housing market in Vietnam by our know-how and high technology.

3. What is your perception toward the global standard apartment needs in Vietnam and the increase of this need in 5 to 10 years’time?

We think, as income & population of Vietnam are increasing rapidly, international standard high-rise apartment and residence are necessary. So we are willing to provide the demand for Vietnamese people

2. Vietnam has plenty of beautiful sites along the coast. Are there any reasons why Daewon chose Da Nang but not another city for investment?

As Danang is the main city of central Vietnam, Danang has an international airport in that area. As a tourist site, Danang city has wonderful landscape like beaches and mountains and located near Hue and Hoian which are famous tourist sites. As the third economic city in Vietnam and opening EWEC (East West Economic Corridor) road liking Thai-Laos-Vietnam, many countries as well as Vietnam are paying attentions to Danang city for trading and financial activities

1. As it is known that Daewon Da Phuoc International New Town (D-City) in Da Nang City is Daewon’s 7th project in Vietnam. Would you please provide us with some highlights about phases, work items as well as total span of time toward the project accomplishment.

Danang Daphuoc International Newtown is to develop international 5-star hotel, conference center, office & shopping mall (maximum 60 floors), 8,500-unit residences consisting of high-rise apartment & luxury villa, and resorts consisting of marine resort for international yacht and ships and golf resort for international standard 18-hole golf course in 210-ha area. This is the second Newtown project of Daewon Company in Vietnam as 100% foreign investment after we got the license for THT Newtown project in Hanoi. We are going to reclaim land from the sea of 180-ha, so it will be the biggest civil engineering works and has great significance to introduce Korean’s advanced construction technology and know-how for Newtown development in Vietnam. The total investment amount is 250 US$ but expected to increase more due to the reclamation cost of the sea with one side facing Danang beach and the other side facing the Han river that means beautiful natural view. This project will be started from January next year and total project period is 50 years including 10-year construction period.
