The Daphuoc international new town project is invested 100% by Daewon Cantavil Co., Ltd – Daewon group (Korea). The new town zone, known by the name D-CITY, will be located on 210ha to the west of Thuan Phuoc bridge, Hai Chau District, the first of its kind in the country.

According to the plan, the infrastructure construction will be finished within 15 months, golf construction will be finished from 26 – 34 months and other building will be completed in ten years.
