This project is invested 100% capital investment from Daewon Cantavil Co., Ltd (belongs to Daewon Co., Ltd) with USD250million, including 50 million dollars spend for construction.

The new town zone, known by the name D-CITY, will be located on 210ha in Da Phuoc, Hai Chau District, including 180ha reclaimed from the sea, the first of its kind in the country.

This project on land reclaimed from the sea will use the most modern technology to survey the topography and water flows and in construction.
According to the plan, the infrastructure construction will be finished within 15 months, golf construction will be finished from 26 – 34 months and it will be completed in ten years.

This is the complex project which consisting of an 18-hole international standard golf course looking in the beach direction, mountains around and being not blocked the view by multistory buildings on a 80 hectare ground; international school (2,5ha), a marina, an international hotel and conference centre, a 60-storey office building, villas and 8,500 apartments high-rises (17,2ha), and an opera house and amusement park, trade centers, channel tunnels, etc…among areas; Along the coast, there are pedestrian walkways for the traveler. Simultaneously, a boulevard will be a great road connecting between a center of culture and community centers inside…

With this project, Daewon Co., Ltd became officially the main investor in Danang City up to this time, including 3 Garment factories in Hoa Khanh industrial zone and a trade center building, on 43.000 m2 in the western of Tuyen Son bride.
