Constructing the biggest project in Danang
The Ground breaking ceremony of the Daphuoc International new town project was held in Danang city by Daewon Cantavil Co, Ltd (Daewon Group). With the estimated investment is USD250million, the project "D-CITY” will be a landmark project in Viet Nam, consisting of an 18-hole (80 hectares), 5 stars hotel, 33 multistoreys with 8,500 apartments, park, international cultural centre, theatre, marina...
The new town zone will be located on 210ha in Hai Chau District, the first of its kind in the country and the second biggest project of Daewon in over the world, and this is also the biggest project in Vietnam.
According to the plan, in August 2008, Daewon Cantavil Co., Ltd will open model house and sale for apartment project. Other building will be completed in ten years. The land reclamation is expected to be completed in 2010 and construction to take place in phases over the subsequent decade.
